I get several of the following error visable in mysql error logs:

Unable to do_query: SELECT t2.U_Username,t1.B_Main,t1.B_Subject,t1.B_Body,t1.B_Approved,t2.U_Number FROM w3t_Posts AS t1, w3t_Users AS t2 WHERE t1.B_Number = AND t1.B_Board = '' AND t2.U_Number = t1.B_Posterid - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND t1.B_Board = '' AND t2.U_Number = t1.B_Posterid' at

your missing the $Board_q string in the "Get the post info" query arround line 84 of the newreply.php. $Board_q = addslashes($Board); and $Board = get_input("Board","get") and thats from a hidden field in the newreply.tmpl <input type="hidden" name="Board" value="$Board" /> so for some reason your not passing the value board. do a PHPINFO() at the bottom of the newreply.php before the ?> and see if the Board has a value.
