I searched quite well here and @ infopop, but I couldn't find anything about "adding a reason to a post why it has been modified"

Ofcourse we could just add the moderator comments below the text, but it would be so much easier if there was an extra textbox for adding it and that it would be automatically different from the other text. Something like:

[:"red"]Moderator comment:[/] advertisement removed

Is there a mod for this ?
