That's custom stuff based off of IIP Pro (a Paid Version of IIP which JustDave never finished or released). Not sure if he ever plans to at this point.

It'd be possible, but probably take a bit of time. I know Dave spent alot of time on it. You've got to modify all the pal scripts so that they fit with your layout.
