No - they aren't encrypted - but they aren't available for viewing or access anywhere except the admin panel. So it's not possible for these to be harvested.

Ok that's what I thought but just wanted to confirm. Thanks as always Josh.
Someone is blaming us for the spam influx they've been receiving immediately after registering an account (public email field not filled out btw) but I guess we're being falsely accused here.

unless HE/SHE listed the email on THEIR profile for ALL to see it's NOT your fault. Its called Spam for a reason.
