Not sure of how to do that one so would appreciate a simple walk through.

When you are viewing the structure of the table store_categories down the bottom after the structure there is a button where it says insert new field and you can insert a new field store_categories_name make sure to set it to whatever it is suppose to be whether a VARCHAR or INT etc
