I can get to this screen:

After that...nothing. I am entering my administrator username and password that I normally use, but it does not seem to be doing anything. I have not digged deeply yet, just haven't had the time.

I did move my 3 files into the includes (config, main, themes). I did not edit them, and I checked to make sure all files uploaded. Anyone run into this and is there a simple fix?
