In MY HOME on one my sites, all users are seeing the following line in bold:

SQL ERROR: Database error only visible to forum administrators

It doesn't appear to be causing problems but I'd like to remove it. I can't see it on any other part of the site

Did you check to see if any of the tables are corrupt in your MySQL admin section?

You will need to check your error log, under Admin > DB Management to see what the error says before it can be addressed.

It says this is disabled

Yes I have Admin. I'm just not very tech minded. I can do most of the basics though

Okay, it sounds like you need to setup the directory for logging sql errors then. Admin > Edit config settings > Path and URL settings and fine "Log all mysql errors?" First make a new directory and CHMOD it to 777 then put the path into the field and click the Test link to ensure it's working right. Then go to wherever you are getting your error and it will generate it again and put it in the log.

Thanks for that, I did what you said and discovered it was a w3t_Online table error so I managed to fix it thanks to some previous help.
