Description: Some uses won't like the quick reply in 6.5 and complain about the space it takes up <go figure> on thier page. This adds a user preference, so users can shut it off if they wish.
Database Altered: One new field (U_QuickReply) added to the w3t_Users table.
Info/Instructions: Users edit pref in My Home -> Display Prefs
