Mod Name / Version: Disallow use of empty HTML tags to get around censoring
Description: A clever user found he could get past the censoring by turning HTML on for his post and inserting an empty HTML container in the middle of a bad word, like so:
as<i></i>s
The fix is to remove empty HTML containers if HTML is turned on for a post.
