UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 7 Development How Do I? Opening a New Window

In my ubbt_registerednav.tmpl file, I want a new window to open when a member clicks a link from the forum. For example, in the below link, I would like a new window to open, rather than it opening in the same window. What command would I have to add to the below script to make it happen? I'm running UBBT v6.4x
