Hello,
I would to have the above Addon to my site. However, My country (Oman) is not listed with PayPal. Is there away I can go about it?.
MEaning how can I receive donation from members, would I need to open an account in the states or something?

Yeah, to receive funds you'd have to have a PayPal account as well. Not sure what their requirements are - you'd need an address and bank account in a country they allow I'm sure.
