I Just upgraded to 6.5b6 and boy are my arms tired!
*listens to crickets*
Ahem.. Anyway, I've upgraded to 6.5b6 and it seems to have wiped out my coloring for new threads/posts. Before, under the 'Threads' and 'Posts' columns I would see the amount of threads and posts in white while any new threads/posts would be in paranthesis in yellow. Any help on this one? I've tried tweaking the stylesheet to no end but can't seem to find the right portion.

You might want to make sure the numbers are turned on - in 6.5 they are off by default (for load).
Control Panel -> Display Options -> General
One is "Show total # of unread posts per forum" under "Forum Summary Options"
and the other is under "Topic Display Options".
Alot of stuff in 6.5 won't work right initially until you go through all the settings - so be sure to comb though all the screens and adjust all the options.

It's showing the number of unread posts/threads but they have lost the color I attached to them in the old 6.4. IOW they are showing up but are the same color as the rest of the stuff, but they were yellow (to attract attention) before the upgrade.

It's probably using a different class name in the new version you're using. Stylesheets aren't always fully compatible when upgrading btw.
The easiest way to 'fix' it is by opening up the source after loading the page, and then searching for a post count string. Just before it, you'll notice which class it's using.
Then open up your stylesheet, locate it, and change the colour.
