Hi,
please excuse me if this is a very common question, but I have just upgraded from UBB.Classic to UBB.Threads. I notice that Threads only has one option regarding spider-friendliness: either have it turned on, or have it turned off.
Does anyone know how Thread's spider-friendliness compares with Classic's spider-friendliness? I would like to know if it is more effective in terms of getting pages indexed, and also how it compares in terms of slowing the server down.

Cheers!

The feature is 90% identical, right down to actually using the same server-side technique.

Your server could still be slaughtered by bots that don't throttle access.

If bots indexed your Classic board, then they'll also index your Threads board.

UBB.classic: Love it or hate it, it was mine.
