for some reason subscriptions are no longer working.
I do have the cron subscriptions.php file running and it was working.
then the emails stop
I went the the subscriptions.php via the url and get the following msg (which may be okay):

Okay after much testing and reloading.
I figured out your bug!!!

if an admin changes a users subscription of any forum (catagory) through the control panel the value of S_Last in the table w3t_subscribe is set to NULL and should be the last post number. This value will never get changed from NULL.
Now for the real Question: what code change will fix this?
