When a member posts a message their ID appears to the left as such:

Loc: Allen, Texas
How do you change the word "Reged" and "Loc" to something else?

This is controlled by the language files. Check the showthreaded.php and showflat.php under the languages/english folder (or use the language editor - depending on the version you are using)
