How do I increase the avatar size allowed beyond 60 by 60 pixels?

What version are you using?
There is a setting in your config for 6.4 and a few below that to control this.
In 6.5 it is in your Membership settings - the Profile setting selection.
Maximum Avatar Width and Height (Pixels):

I have 6.4
I must be blind because i don't see the avatar setting in the config setings..It asks If i should allow users to select froma predefined st of avatars..thats all I see in regard to avatars
