Is there anyway to mail all my members from one mailshot?

What do you mean one mailshot? There's a mass mail utility in the Control Panel. How it works depends what version you have.
In pre-6.5 versions, there's a mass emailer link. In 6.5 and above you search for the members you want to mail to (or all members) then choose the mail option from there. In 6.5 you can use the built in mailer or export the address list if you prefer to use a different mailer.
