Issue I'm having is within the Control Panel when I attempted to ban a member. I went into the Member Management option and selected the member. I went into his permissions and unchecked the box indicating the member has access. From there I clicked on Update Member and this is what I got as an output:

i always do it this way

Member Mangement
Search for member
Place tick to left of member (Sel)

Action Drop down box

Select "Ban Member"

Hit "Perform Selected Action"

Ah thanks Phoenix....yea, I think I figured out why this occured... I had unchecked all the boxes that the member was set up for in Groups. I think the software doesn't like members not being set to any particular Group.

yeah, no group = a mess
