I just noticed that when users upload their avatars that they are not being displayed. the file is actually getting uploaded though. When I try to manually assign the url for the avatar I get this error Warning: getimagesize( http://emeraldforestseattle.com/ubbthreads/fgifs/940.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /usr/www/efs/ubbthreads/admin/changeuser.php on line 173 Can anyone help me with this?

it was a permissions issue btw
