Do I have to enable HTML im my forums in order for users to use Flash Images in their Signatures? Also is there a Global setting for enabling/disabling html in my forums or is it set in each Forum individually? The control panel system still loses me once in a while in 6.5 (version # by the way)

no you need to enable images in signature as well as alter some files to not only include gif/jpg/png in signatures but also swf.. look at the do_markup function and the undo_markup functions..
