I just discovered that even if users click the "rememberme", they have to login again if they close the browser. The only cookie setting I can see in admin is the expiration time, which should be long enough. But if I login, then close my browser and immediately reopen, it insists i need to login again. Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you saying this is fixed in 6.5.1? The previous version we were using (6.3) had the same problem. I am hoping the upgrade will fix this. Was this a bug?

6.3 didn't have any login problems. 6.5 had cookie size issues which were fixed in 6.5.1. If you experienced this under older users it might be something server related. I'm not sure.

This function has been removed in 6.5.1 hasn't it? The checkbox isn't there on my install.

You mean the "remember me" checkbox when users login? No it's there, if you're using cookies. If you're using sessions, it's not possible to be "remembered".

Thx again, luv! It could be that we had the 6.3 version embedded in a frame... don't ask me why, this was before I arrived here on the scene. However, I imagine it was on our end. Thus far, no issues regarding this in 6.5.1.
