In 6.5, I see options to allow Admin and Mods or Everyone to create polls.

Is there a way to eliminate polls all together, or allow only the Admin to create polls?

rewrite a little of the code.. where it allows just admin and mod to create poll in newpost.php

then set it to only admins/mods can make polls which now they can't.
