My adpost.php file in languages/english has been *cough*corrupted*cough*  would any kind person be able to supply me with an original copy so I can restore this file. Thanks in advance.

Cannot do so without violating the license agreement. You would need to either download a new zip with the install files, or contact Infopop to see if they have your version archived.
