UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 7 Development How Do I? Problem viewing any post.

I have a clean install of 6.5.1 and a few mods installed (inline images, subforums (i bought), IIP 6.5.1 and online user info).

When I create a post and go to view it I get either "Access Denied" or "There was a problem looking up the post in our database". However, If I go to the IIP Entrance I can see the post in one of the Pal boxes when I have the News pal set to show that forum.

It doesn't matter if you're a registered user or not. You get the same result for each. I have verified that the permissions are allowed for everyone to view. I'm an Admin and I get the same error.

Anyone know why this might be happening? Luckily it's not a public site yet.

same error. I regged there and cant view the forum posts as a user.

Also, when I click on Active Topics I get ths error
Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/iraqiins/public_html/ubbthreads/dosearch.php on line 894

Try to reupload and overwrite all files (except the config.inc.php and main.inc.php).
If the board works with the original files, you should double check if you applied all the mods correctly.

Ok fixed it.

It was with the Postlist.php and the Showflat.php files. I mistakenly put the Subforum stuff in the wrong file because each had the same line that all that subforum code was to go after.
