I'm running ubbt 6.5 and the passwords being sent to users are incorrect. Is there a fix for this? At this time upgrading is not an option.

Both actually, but registration is the main one.

Very odd, is it sending the wrong one or sending the temp password?

It sends a temp password that doesn't work.
I looked at the 6.5.1 upgrades and they did address it.
*Fixed a bug where passwords were not able to be sent to the user via the CP properly. &
*Fixed a password issue with the installer and old crypt() passwords (Not sure what this is).

Can you file-compare the changes for the password in?

That's the problem, member area access expired two months ago. I'm looking for a possible quick fix until we can renew.
