Hey guys check the post sizes how there are different sized spaces around the header of the post and sometimes spaces under the footer Any idea why this might be happenning? heres an example http://spokejunkies.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=24823&an=0&page=0#24823 Also what file do I edit to change the menubar with the links for Who's online,My Home, Control Panel, Userlist etc?

looks to me like it has to do with the size of the pictures you have set for the avatars on the left. try tunring off the avatars for your profile and see if that makes a difference then you will know for certain.
