Can I restrict the Invisible Mode from being an option for my users?

Can you break that one down "Barney-style" for me.

I had looked through the control panel, but didn't see anything related to the Invisible Mode.

Go into the tmpl file and comment out or just delete the "html" that displays the option.

Will do...k, now that will not allow them to option between the visible and invisible mode....but what about their current invisible setting? Can someone send me a query that will update this option for all of my users to 'visible'?
