UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 7 Development How Do I? Forum Subscription

I'm subscribed to a couple of forums on this site & noticed that when someone replies in it (including myself), I immediately receive an email informing me of it. But when someone replies in a forum they are subscribed too, at my site, I have to manually run a cron in order for them to be notified via email. Why is there such a difference between this site & mine? I'm running UBB.Threads v6.5

What kinda server are you running on? I think cron setups are supposed to run automatically.

It's an Apache Server. Also, I get this error when I run my cron, but it still does the job regardless of the error:
