Ah I need advice.

I set up the latest UBB on a server.
www.clickteam.info/center

Worked on my mods and got it all running.

I then exported the database and moved all the files over to my other server
www.clickteam.com/center

Updated all the path info and URLS

Now when I view the moved forum with IE it reloads constantly
If I view the moved forum in Firefox it displays correctly.

Any idea why my forum is upset with IE?

Well odd.
Even putting a fresh copy of UBB on the server didn't change the outcome.

I think there is some weirdness with the version or build of Apache we run and the HTML UBB produces. I will talk to our host about updating the server to the latest version/build and see what happens.

I can solve my own problem by not moving servers but it is weird.

The problem was something along these lines
The session directory had the wrong permissions on the new server.

It appears the 2 servers are set up differently -- I didn't need to adjust this on the first server. I would bet this is in the instructions on installing UBB but who reads anything LOL!

Here is a sign post for the next guy who tries this and refuses to read anything on what to look at.
