We have upgraded our site here to the UBB.Threads Version 6.3!

  We have also added many modifications.
• Dalantech's Facelift for UBBThreads Template Set
  This includes not only a cleaner look, but also a unique feel, as well as a few other benefits like the Classic style search results page and the article templates.
• A New color theme I designed (Download Here)
• Added a Lighter version of the new color theme (Download Here)
• All the old color themes are still available in your display preferences.
• Added Quick Reply 4.1
• Added YASM (Yet Another Search Mod)
• Added Quote Username
• Enabled Unlimited Edit time in select forums (like our mod forums) so that original posters may update their files.
• Added my Popup Free Integrated Chat Room with a Free Raidersoft Chat Room
• Tweaked the modification to show the number of users in chat at the top of the page (if there are any)
• Installed the Game Arcade modification
• Installed the Popup Graemlin Panel modification
• Installed the Stylesheet Preview modification
• Installed the Contact Form modification
• For stylesheets attached to posts (in our CSS Forum) you'll see a "Preview this stylesheet" link to get an instant preview
• Upgraded JustDave's Integrated Index Page
• Added the IIP Sidebar modification
• Added PMs via Email modification
• Added the PM Quote Original Message modification
• Added the Spell Check modification
• Added the Panel Generator
• Added the Tab Order modification
• Added the ability to preview the post icon using the drop down menu template
• Reinstalled our Modification Index and special template when posting modifications
• We will soon be promoting Team UBBDev and helping to fight cancer with our spare CPU Power. We will be using the custom "haxxor" images used at UBBDev to show everyone's progress. So for that I have added Admin Selectable User Images
• Added the Extended User Edit Options modifications including the Show IP Addresses and Admin mail lost password.
• Added The Link Directory by Fishtails. See the Links link in the menu bar. Please add your site - as well as your favorite sites to begin to fill our Links Database.
• Added the Download Restriction modification.
• Added the Postlist Preview modification.
• Added the Forum Instructions modification adding instructions and links to the top of select forums.
• We have added PhotoPost Version 4 and ReviewPost to our site! Thanks to Michael (PhotoPost) for providing the software and Omegatron for taking care of the Integration for us. Thanks Michael and Omegatron!!! We have added this to "show off" the integration features and show case Photopost as a great integration for UBB.Threads. Please feel free to play and upload photos.
• Added a library of graemlins here - click "graemlins" in the menu.
• Added the PM Filter Hack by dimopoulos.

Oh yeah - got to add that Alt preview thing - that was very useful.

Actually the title has been worked into the header now standard in 6.3. So indeed your mod was deemed useful I'm sure.

OK - I worked my butt off here for several nights - and there's still a bit to go.... but what the heck - here's my commercial.

My modification skills are for hire. My resume is in our Developer for Hire forum if you are interested.

And yes, threadsdev, among many other sites is on my resume.

I also received great help from Dalantech - THESE TEMPLATES ARE AWESOME!!! All the dead links are removed and it's so much cleaner...and he assisted with some graphics. And Omegatron who is assisting with the photopost / reviewpost integration which will be coming soon.

And of course, all the authors of those GREAT Mods. JustDave's IIP and Sidebar add so much to our site, and I'm really excited to roll out Fishtails Link Project to a live production site.

And of course, none of it would be possible without Allen's help.

My goal is to really turn this place into an AWESOME portal - showcasing all the many things that Threads can do.

Forum looks great but I have turn on polish on his forum, but after upgrade was changed code page, and it should be iso-8859-2, but it isn't. Page is dislpaying as iso-8859-1, so I haven't same letters as"

Added a few more modifications.

I'll be keeping this list current with modifications that are installed here (as people ask alot). There will also be a link at the very bottom of every page (below the copyright) that will bring you back to this list of links.

Got Michael's Postlist Preview Post thing reworked and reposted. Postlist.php had changed quite a bit, and it never worked for expanded view - but I got that figured out now. Thanks Michael.

Will probably be addming more as we go.

Nice upgrade... BUT... the language files are messed up... swedish letters are all out of order!

May be something we need to report over at Infopop - I did reupload all the language files from the most current distribution.

That's how they are set -
They are set correctly for Slawicki but he says it's not right either.

Yes, Sweden uses ISO-8859-1, western language encoding. Should work.

Update: Everything looks fine in posts, I can write and edit and the swedish chars show up OK. But text from the language files are all messed up. The Content-Type line on the page looks OK.

Turns out there is an issue with the language files on 6.3. It's supposed to be getting the charset from the generic.php language file - but upon closer inspection ubbt.inc.php isn'e using this information for the header.

Doah, I'm still hacking 6.3.0.

Any estimate when this will be fixed? I have to delay my upgrade until the fix is out. (bummer, I was planning to upgrade today).

Is it an easy tweak we can make ourselves?

Haven't heard. Might be a major enough change to have to wait for 6.3.1.
