Infopop's Official Support forums for UBB.Threads moved a couple of weeks ago, and in fact now runs UBB.Threads support on a UBB.Threads board.
It seems alot of people have missed the announcement about this move, or are confused about how to gain access/support from the Infopop boards.
Infopop moved UBB.Classic support back to a classic forum, and UBB.Threads support back to a threads forum. However, thanks to "Groupee" login is automated and common throughout all of Infopop's boards.

The new forums can be found at
www.UBBCentral.com. UBBCentral is Infopop's Website and the new home for UBBClassic and UBBThreads.
To activate your username on the UBB.Threads forums.- Visit
www.UBBCentral.com- Click "ubb.t forums" on the left.
- Click "Login"
- On the Groupee Login screen, enter your
Email Address (not username) and password (from the infopop support community). If you have trouble there is a lost password feature.
- After login, if you have not visited the new Threads forums, it'll walk you through agreeing to the rules, creating a display name etc.
That same groupee login will work at the UBB.Threads forums, the UBB.classic forums and the community.infopop.net forums.
Official feature requests and bug reports should not be posted here, as they can only be officially tracked and managed at Infopop's site.
