According to a report out today 25% of Americans will never go online. The other 75% reply upon ThreadsDev to get them through their day (okay I made one of those two statements up  ) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/2956315.stm

I think the first one was made up.  If 25% of Americans are never online in their lifetime, it must include Americans since 1790.

There was some story on CNN an hour or so ago saying that 42% of Americans do not use the net with the majority saying they do not ever plan to use it
