I'm looking for a simple banner ad rotation program, preferably written in php.

I need to randomly rotate about 100 different banners over about 1000 pages (on about a dozen urls). I'd like to pull all the banners from the same database, if possible. As I'm rather code-challenged, I'd like to just be able to insert a snippet of code into my html pages at the appropriate spot and be done with it.

Here's the hard part -- I'd also like to be able to specify a line of text to appear under each banner. The text would be specific to the banner being displayed, so I can't just randomly display these text snippets. I don't want to embed the text into the banner in case the information changes (for example, a price or a temporary free trial). I'd like to be able to go into the database and change the text associated with banners as necessary. I could set things up to be categorized in groups, where a specific group of banners could share the same text.

Bottom line -- I'm tired of changing ads on these 1000+ pages. I want to do it one last time, then be done with ever modifying the html again!

Does anyone know of a program like this? The line of text is what really seems to be the problem.

I'm not sure about the extra info below the banner though.

But maybe it could be hacked or something simple written.

In the installation guide, the screenshots show that the program provides for both alt text, and text below the banner. So, I think this is the program for me -- thanks to SB for the recommendation

It also integrates with geotargeting. If you buy that service which is circa 200 USD a year, you can set up your banners to target specific areas that your visitors come from hence ensure that your clients get their message towards your members.

I have a dream of making a fully integraed banner rotation program with stats and such that is integrated with threads. But just havent' had time to fill the dreams.
