Leo approves all applications personally.

I replied to your email as well - you have not registered or activated your account there - so there's no account for you to approve anyway.

Do that first, then Leo will approve when he gets back in town.

Sometimes it can take him a week or more depending on his schedule.

Now that you've done it, you're in the approval queue. I see it there now, so you are set.

That just means you are waiting to approve. Leo has been out of town with the Digital Digs Road Show, but I belive he's back today, and hopefully will catch up this evening. But now you are finally in the queue waiting for approval. So give it a few days and you'll be set.
