Yesterday was my first day back so I'm playing catch up... but I just looked, I don't have any PMs from you here.
Don't use PM to contact me for work related requests, the envelope is always blinking and there's no way to prioritize them. Maybe once a month I can trim the PM box down from a couple hundred. Then I frequent dozens of sites... the envelope flashes everywhere.
For work requests, use my ticket system

(Plus if I'm away you'll get an auto reply telling you who to contact for urgent needs/emergencies etc.... - PMs don't have an auto reply or the ability to "thread" the back and fourth communication or link it to your server info etc....)

Ack - I've never met anyone who's been really happy with the performance of PHP/MySQL under a Windows environment. It works fine an all, but my clients who have active sites under Windows tend to see alot of database corruption.
