I was thinking to switch host because they are cheaper. I ordered a package, paid for the whole year with the credit card and never received a phone call or an email since than. That was in FEBRUARY! ( Aug.27 today) Biling Dept. only works on Email bases, they dont have a phone number and never reply to your Email. Sales do have a number but the only thing they do: take all your info and sends an Email to Billing. You can't talk to Manager of Supervisor and cant get any phone numbers other that the one on the site.
I dont know what's the Support Dept. like, but if you ever pay them good luck in getting your money back! Just watch it.
