The top one with a border or the bottom one without? I'm trying to take into consideration the background color of the page and how well the banner looks be blend in with the page. Thanks. http://www.iroc-zpostforum.com/BannerTest.htm

looks nice but its flash ... Flash cant be displayed without a plugin. I can't see any differences between the two banners.

Thanks! I took the Flash issue into consideration and decided to use it because most people have this plug in or can get it easily enough.

Flash is easy enough to acquire, its the version that will always vary though
