If you are talking about 411hype.com - a very nice site too, I might add, it is also's dft hall's site and moderators/ admins here can't enter... Also, but this is my opinion..
I think that sites who've only added hacks and never did anything their selves, should be qualified...
for example, Aliensoup and the other site really deserved their prize, the actually worked on it..
