I tried this one from inside the CP but I got some trouble.
For some reason you cannot write General
in forums category then it won't work at all.
But I started to use my "Brain" , and I came up with this solution, write like this in the CP's forums category section:
General
and then upload the icon2.gif to your cgi-bin folder, that should work
