Well, we were talking about this in the other thread so here is my hack.

I had this hack installed however i wanted to be able to change the strength of the glow is this possible?

Well... when you say "you" want to change it, do you mean have the glow strength custom definable? or just change it for the whole board?

If you want to have it custom definable, you would have to add ANOTHER profile field in and do alot of work. If you just want to change the strength for the whole board... just search ubblibrary2.pl for "strength" and increase the number after it.

Will this work on version 5.45c of UBB?

I am running it on 5.45c with no problems.

I'll see what i can do man. I'm doing heavy work trying to put up a site for www.gamespecs.com. Thus, i'm not sure if i'm going to have time to doc new files. I'll try and give it a shot tonight.

I tried installing this hack, but my board is 5.44 and I don't want to upgrade to 5.47a because I have too much work put into this. Is there a way I can install this hack without upgrading to 5.46+

GoTorankusuKu, i got it working on my 5.45c,
But i read you have to much work on your board and i asume you got lots hacks to,

It is hard to let work this hack if you have new memberfields ($thisprofile), you have to watch out for thisprofile numbers and the print MEMBERSHIP strings, even if one of print MEMBERSHIP string is not on right place than shall this hack not work properly.

For example i had last post in profile hack installed and i didnt add the print MEMBERSHIP string, and i forgot about this code totaly, before i found out what it was took lots stress and time ,

Iv installed this hack however it stops my stars hack from working.

Any ideas how to solve this?

post your ubblibrary2.pl file. The area dealing with ranks. Go up to where it designates variables, and go down to the unreg part. Let me see if there is a problem in it.
