My perl is non-existential, whatever that means.. naw, I'll look and try.. I can usually understand what I look at, so that's what I'll try to do.. I'm sure DT or Cal would do a better job than me though

Uhh... I'm kinda new to this.

I have no clue how to change it. My UBB is on Hypermart. I went and found cpanel4.cgi , then opened it with Notepad. There was NOTHING in there anywhere NEAR the way Step 1 was...

So, I have two requests. One, someone gives me a link to a more valid program to edit it with, and maybe a better way to dl it to my PC. Or two, I have someone trustworthy come in and install the hack for me. I know absolutely nobody here, although Dark Templar looks like he knows what he's doing, but I have yet to see if he's entirely trustworthy yet. Seeing as how he's a moderator, he would appear as more trustworthy than, say, Jigga-master (who is only a normal member).

If anybody out there can help me out, I'd extremely appreciate it.

Edit: Oops. I forgot to mention that I have both AIM and MSN Messager. My AIM handle is "StadiumX03". My MSN Messager handle is "Mew2omega". So, if you happen to see me online one of those two services (which I'm online both right now), please give me a ring. Thanks!

I had this hack on my 5.47b version and i liked it

so im hoping alot of the bugs i had than are gone

dude if the coding is diffrent you must of added a hack that changes it

because ive installed plenty of hacks with notepad the thin is some of the scripts get to large and have to be opened in note book

but notepad isnt at fault the coding is missing from your script

Hey. Ok, first off a couple things-

1. This mod is technically a beta. I should move it to the beta mods board. There is one little offensive piece of coding that doesn't let you set moderators/unset them. It updates everything but their profile.
2. I still have to fix this bug, and I am planning on squashing it this weekend (finally have some more time, real busy with all the projects I'm working on)

But I copied the coding fresh out of 5.47c, what version UBB are you using?

I have installed the Mega Moderators hack which is fantastic but once I have changed a user to Mega Mod in the control panel and visit the control panel again they are listed as a normal member. Also there status remains a member. Is there a way I can get Mega Mods status to be Moderator or Mega Mod?

I know the offensive coding; I gotta fix it so it registers the change. It affects different boards in different ways...
