Note that there currently are no fixes for these. We need to be vocal and get someone to write them for us since Infopop won't help anymore. I'll post more confirmed bugs in this thread as I come across them. Please help me get these fixed by voicing your support here. Note: if any of you want to take these bugs on and squash them I'd be happy to provide you with the files you'll need since all the guys who hack her ehave licenses anyway. Woohoo! One down! Awesome Cal! Only took you 5 minutes too...
I ran a search and replace and replaced all 3 occurances of the bug in the file, then saved and reuploaded. The fix worked perfectly, and the user -=test=- is now (temporarily) a moderator.

Second fix works perfectly, too. Just tried a subject full of "& l t" (<) characters and it deleted without a hitch.
As for the third item... sheesh, I should've saved you the time and thought of that!

Note to others: should you find any bugs in version 5.47 or later that weren't fixed in 5.47e and that are reproducible, please add them to this thread. If you aren't sure, feel free to e-mail me and I'll check them out.
I'd like to make a special 5.47f version that's as stable and secure as any so we have a hackable platform while we wait for 6.x to be upgraded and have lots of hacks written for it.

I've had this problem on my 5.47e board.
When someone registers with a ' | ' (minus the ' ') instead of seeying my ubb all I see is a blank screen.....

I just ran a test of the pipestem problem, and I haven't been able to reproduce it.
Does your forum have many hacks installed? Perhaps the "Last Person To Register Hack" or a hack similar in nature which displays the user name on the main page contains a bug.
Just registering a user with one pipestem in the nick doesn't seem to have any adverse affects at all.
