I have added a CONTROL PANEL Link to my board. I added it next to
Profile|Register|Pref.|FAQ|Search|CONTROL PANEL
Is this going to be bad if my users start tryin to mess around in there?

if they are mod or something
or if they know your password etc.

They won't, Because they can't change anything in ot besides Mods who can edit messages through the CP. Also this belongs in the V5 Questions forum.

I know, but the other administrators (I have 2 others) Don't seem to keep it in their bookmarks.
