So you want to move messages from your forum to another forum? All or just some?

There is no mod to do this, it will have to be a manual process unfortunatley.

does "between boards" mean 2 different message boards? If so, are they on the same server?
or do you mean between forums?
maybe be more specific?

if you want to mass move all topics from one forum to another get the Carnell Utilities, which is in the database.

If you want to move them from one server to another use FTP hehe I don't know another way to do that.
