Well, I would ask this in the UBB 5.X Questions forum, but its read only. So ill ask it here... I just installed UBB 5.47b on my server and the cpanel.cgi is blank... what is wrong with it? or is there a diff file i am sposed to use? go here to see what I mean. EDIT:Misspelled the url. You havent CHmodded it right. CHmod it to 755.

We are running a Windows NT Server with Apache and we can't CHMOD because it is an NT Server. It isn't a problem because I have used Ikonboard and it worked fine. You can check out this one and it does the same thing even though it isn't mine... I really need this fixed 'cause I like 5 better for some reason...

Unless I'm missing something, there is no need, nor way, to call cpanel.cgi directly! You need to call the cp.html that is in the NonCGI directory after setting the base href properly. (confused)

Why would you be installing such an old version for? If you want to use v5 at least use 5.47e
I can't afford a good signature editor
