Make a category, say like " general " that has like 5 of so forums maybe more appear on each category page.
Let me explain further.
Like if you clicked on Version 6 UBB, it would not only show all the Version 6 forums but above that it would also show " announcements category and the list of whatever forums under that" ..
So that no matter what category you went into, the " announcements or general section " would always be at the top.

Not TOO tough, but it requires more work than i feel like doing now.
