you could tell your members they can leave messages adressed to you and forum modderators like this: <*hey admin! love what you did too the place*> or something. just remove the asterix's and it will not be seen in the post, then if you or your mods want to see if theres a "secret note" just push the edit button

What kind of information are you talking about? If you are talking about the member number and location and stuff like that, you can turn that off in the control panel.
