Pick a random quote (that users enter into a "Favorite Quote" profile field), and display them on either the forums front page, and/or via an ssi call?

Well I have a really easy script that picks up a quote from a flatfile but I don't know How to make ubb write the quote in the file
Do you believe in love at first sight,
or should I walk by again?
