I read somebody was working on this but wasn't going to release it till 6.04....why? if anybody has this hack or can make it.....that would be great, all the members want it back on the forum's page.

Charles Capps said he's releasing it after 6.02 is out. 6.02 IS out, so the hack should be coming along pretty soon now.
This is the designed behavior.

Because 6.03 is the last planned release of 6.0x.. Next up is 6.1, which is a long while away. Meaning lots of time for people to hack without worrying about another upgrade around the corner.
