Ok, like if you look at this board, you will see borders after eveyr post topic and what not, however my board at http://www.animeinstinct.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi looks really odd without them. How would I add those borders?

In the control panel. Go to style settings. In the style that you are using for your forum, there is choices. Choose the one that borders everything.
